I Accidentally Dropped My Hands in Some Gravitational Waves

13th Feb 2024

Neutron Stars are considered to be among the densest objects in the universe. Consider a star with a mass about 1.5 times that of our Sun compressed into a 15-kilometer ball, the density of this would be similar to the density of Neutron Stars.

Immense density comes with intense gravitational forces.

When two Neutron Stars merge in a violent collision, the forces involved can be powerful enough to result in the formation of a black hole. Where the gravity is so large that nothing, not even light, can escape it.

This Neutron Star Collision and the formation of a black hole can cause ripples in the surrounding gravitational fields. These Gravitational Waves alter the fabric of the universe through the expansion and shrinkage of spacetime.

Ancient Textiles of 10 Worlds

2022-2023

Darcelle received a list of 10 countries, and then spent the summer months of 2022/23 studying about the ancient textiles of these 10 countries and bringing them out in paint on the street.

Darcelle had called upon help from many people around the globe to assist in finding the information, knowledge, and stories to then share in this public offering of art.
