The Fruit Spectrum of the Human Experience is a display of 14 fruit paintings that serve as vessels for Darcelle’s personal experiences and memories. Each piece is a portal, bridging the depths of her childhood with the nuances of the present.

Darcelle summons each person to engage with these fruits on a personal level, to unravel the layers of their own stories associated with these timeless symbols of nourishment.
This display encourages the collective contemplation of the profound impact of everyday elements, like fruit, on the shaping of our memories and experiences.

“Nectarine Season”

Location: Budapest
I went through a transformation of my art and how I see the world during the latest nectarine season in New Zealand. This painting is in Budapest with a musician, Tenno, where their music I also discovered during this same Nectarine season last year. Nectarines, the cornerstone of my transformation, the moonlight that guided me, the fruit that shaped the way I connect.
